Delivery Terms and Conditions

- "Shop DanceSole" items will be dispatched within 2 business days.

- "KIZZI" orders will be provided with a delivery date after processing. We will work with your needs so please provided a "required" date in the notes option at check out.

- "Costumes in Stock" will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Some sale qtys may not update immediately, we will be in touch if the qtys purchased cannot be supplied.

Postage options less than $9 - DO NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.

If paying by bank transfer, a delivery date will be provided once payment has cleared.

Once your payment is received, your order will be processed and no further changes will possible.

Orders will not be processed without payment receipt. The delivery date will be modified to reflect the date the payment was cleared, if it is not made at checkout.

If you are adding items to a current order, please email both order numbers through to info@dancesole.com.au. There is no guarantee that the orders will be combined and delivered together.

Kizzi items are made to order, therefore, all orders are final.

No returns or refunds will be accepted, unless the goods are faulty.

In the case that there is an issue with a product after delivery, you must make contact within 7 days.
